1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model and deliver exemplary client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align team members with sales goals.
4. Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance the in-store experience.
6. Demonstrate an understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
8. Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's core values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
