1. Support all areas of the sales floor, including color, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Monitor store revenue and opportunities, ensuring team members meet objectives.
4. Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring alignment with company standards.
5. Act as the Manager on Duty, collaborating with team members and clients.
6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store revenue and business opportunities.
7. Participate in the interview process for team candidates.
8. Foster team engagement and demonstrate Sephora's values.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Strong customer service skills.
