- Ensure all team members execute Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Support the operations team by ensuring all merchandising concepts and visuals on the sales floor adhere to company standards.
- Maintain the highest level of sales floor appearance and execute necessary updates and animations.
- Act as a service manager within the store, engaging with both cast members and clients regularly.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities within the store.
- Ensure proper zoning on the sales floor to meet customer needs and adjust staffing levels as necessary.
- Participate in the interview process as needed for the global team.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
