1. Assist the SEO team in managing and optimizing Sephora’s Organic Search marketing program.
2. Write on-page optimizations for Sephora.com.
3. Contribute to Sephora’s local search strategy.
4. Research the latest trends in beauty, skincare, hair, and wellness.
5. Lead or assist on projects using a hands-on approach.
6. Conduct competitive, performance, and technical analysis using various Analytics and Enterprise level tools.

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating in 2025 or 2026.
2. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
3. Open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time hybrid positions.
4. Available for a 1-week on-site office experience in San Francisco, CA.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in digital marketing and SEO is preferred.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with actual pay depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
