1. Assist the SEO team in managing and optimizing Sephora’s Organic Search marketing program.
2. Write on-page optimizations for Sephora.com.
3. Contribute to Sephora’s local search strategy.
4. Research the latest trends in beauty, skincare, hair, and wellness.
5. Lead or assist on projects with a hands-on approach.
6. Conduct competitive, performance, and technical analysis using various analytics and enterprise-level tools.
7. Understand the role of SEO in client experience and digital media mix.
8. Develop a solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and off-site promotion.

1. Graduating in 2025 or 2026 (undergraduate or graduate degree).
2. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
3. Open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time hybrid positions.
4. Available for a 1-week on-site office experience in San Francisco, CA.

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location. Eligibility for bonuses may apply.
