Sephora Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to design and produce retail displays.
- Manage purchasing, manufacturing, and distribution of retail graphics and merchandisers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store design, creative, merchandising, retail operations, store procurement, and finance teams.
- Communicate schedule and cost options effectively, addressing trade-offs.
- Drive results by partnering with merchandising and creative teams to determine optimal product display strategies.
- Visit Sephora and other retailers to maintain knowledge of best-in-class merchandising design and customer experiences.
- Negotiate with external suppliers and manage the manufacturing and distribution of merchandisers, graphics, props, and displays.
- Maintain the Kohls Retail Marketing budget and partner with finance and marketing partners.
- Ensure operational excellence by improving store execution and supporting stores through internal systems.
- Lead and mentor full-time employees and contractors, sharing expertise and motivating the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years in a program, project, or production manager role within a retail advertising or marketing organization.
- Proficiency in Creative Suite, MS Office, and Smartsheet or similar tools for budget and schedule tracking.
- Proven track record of implementing successful visual merchandising strategies.
- Experience with vendor engagement and procurement processes.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
A minimum of 4 years in a program, project, or production manager role within a retail advertising or marketing organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
The annual base salary range for this position is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
