1. Drive the retail sales and operations strategy across Canada, focusing on omni-experience and real estate.
2. Lead and manage the entire retail operation workforce of over 5,000 employees across 140+ stores.
3. Develop and implement strategic action plans for store sales growth, market expansion, and margin gain.
4. Collaborate with the Canadian Operating Team to support the overall strategic direction of the business.
5. Provide operational expertise and implement best practices to elevate the client experience.
6. Direct all operational activities through Regional Directors, District Managers, and Retail Store Experience & Optimization teams.
7. Support Sephora's real estate and store opening strategy.
8. Implement and refine sales strategies to increase key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Build a strong team through mentoring, succession planning, and motivational leadership.
10. Establish strong relationships with the North American Retail organization to leverage tools and resources.

2. Strong business acumen with a proven track record of running a profitable business in a growth environment.
3. Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver business results in a dynamic environment.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people and teams, fostering a strong culture and engagement.

Extensive experience in senior management roles within multi-unit retail operations, with a focus on direct retail sales and P&L accountability.
