1. Collaborate with the UX Lead to achieve project objectives and key performance indicators.
2. Lead the end-to-end product design process, including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design.
3. Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable insights.
5. Present and communicate design rationale and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Design at scale using Figma, ensuring high-quality and consistent designs across web and app platforms.
7. Contribute to and evolve Sephora’s Design System, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
8. Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
2. Proven experience in end-to-end product design within an Agile environment.
3. Extensive design experience across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
2. Solid understanding of UX research methods, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
4. A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, user research insights, and execution quality.

Minimum of 3 years in a professional UX design role, with proven experience in an Agile environment and across multiple platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
