- Collaborate with the UX Lead to achieve project objectives and key performance indicators.
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design.
- Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Present and communicate design rationale and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design at scale using Figma, ensuring high-quality and consistent designs across web and app platforms.
- Contribute to and evolve Sephora’s Design System, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Proven experience in end-to-end product design within an Agile environment.
- Extensive design experience across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX research methods, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, user research insights, and execution quality.
Minimum of 3 years in a professional UX design role, with proven experience in an Agile environment and across multiple platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
