1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora’s brand values.
3. Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
4. Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
5. Implement a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
6. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
7. Develop and execute sales and budget strategies, managing profit and loss and monitoring stock levels.
8. Maintain a strong and positive store culture, fostering career development and recognition.
9. Monitor KPIs and assist in attracting, recruiting, and developing store talent.

1. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
2. Excellent client service and experiential retail expertise.
3. Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
5. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.

Previous experience in retail management, preferably within a big box or multi-site environment.
