Sephora Senior Store Manager

- Drive sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives and optimize store profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of over 40 employees, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Analyze monthly store performance and develop strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with marketing and category teams to implement and evaluate in-store sales events.
- Ensure efficient stock management and minimize shrinkage through effective inventory processes.
- Oversee cash and till management, ensuring compliance with Sephora's financial procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring alignment with store objectives and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain high standards of store operations, including merchandising and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's audit processes and conduct regular store audits.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in store operations or sales management.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a large store format or flagship store.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and profitability targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Familiarity with TP.NET - Point of Sales System and HAS - Client Tracking Systems.
- Dynamic team leadership and motivational skills.
