Sephora Senior Store Design Manager

- Lead and manage the expansion of Sephora stores in Southeast Asia, ensuring adherence to design guidelines and maintaining Sephora’s brand image.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve synergy and efficiency.
- Serve as the brand advocate for store concept roll-outs, adapting designs to local market specificities while adhering to global guidelines.
- Update and communicate design guidelines, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with sustainability and energy-saving recommendations.
- Collaborate with construction teams for creative and technical support, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution of store openings and renovations.
- Lead and manage the Southeast Asia Store Design Team, including recruitment, development, and motivation of team members.
- Ensure integration of fixture evolutions into store design execution and maintain communication with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail design, preferably within retail agencies, corporate in-house settings, or beauty brands.
- Proven track record of managing concurrent, fast-paced initiatives successfully.
- Effective team player across diverse disciplines and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills with an understanding of cultural diversities.
- Creative and proactive with strong attention to detail, technical solutions, and innovation.
- Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, Photoshop, SketchUp, and hand drawing.
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail design, preferably within retail agencies, corporate in-house settings, or beauty brands.
