1. Lead the design and development of store layouts, ensuring alignment with Sephora's brand standards and client experience objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, and Workflow to ensure project success.
3. Manage complex projects such as new store openings, relocations, and remodels, maintaining a focus on cost, quality, and schedule.
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to Store Designers, aiding in training and development processes.
5. Oversee and coordinate with external consultants and vendors to ensure project accuracy and timely completion.
6. Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to design standards.
7. Initiate and manage project communications with internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, design elements, and schedules.
8. Research and implement new industry standards to enhance the delivery of on-brand, functional, and cost-effective stores.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. Eight to ten years of experience in Retail Architecture or Retail Design.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. High level of initiative and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Eight to ten years of related experience in Retail Architecture, Retail Design, or a similar field.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,005.00 - $145,550.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
