1. Design, develop, and enhance monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions using tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Dynatrace.
2. Develop automated alerting and self-healing capabilities leveraging Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes-native solutions.
3. Enhance the performance and scalability of telemetry pipelines to handle large-scale distributed systems.
4. Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams to define SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets; drive incident management improvements.
5. Implement secure logging, audit trails, and anomaly detection mechanisms to maintain compliance and security best practices.

1. 6-8 years of experience in software engineering, preferably with SRE, Infrastructure, DevOps, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in maintaining observability platforms and telemetry pipelines.
3. 5+ years of experience with tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, or similar.
4. 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift), preferred.

1. Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD automation.
2. Programming skills in Python, Golang, or Java for automation.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

6-8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on SRE, Infrastructure, or DevOps.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,930.00 - $167,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
