1. Lead the modernization of user-facing pages using technologies such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and micro-frontends.
2. Oversee integrations and performance improvements for third-party tools like Dynamic Yield and Olapic.
3. Enhance search capabilities and performance to improve internal navigation and product discovery.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to create campaign content mechanisms to increase customer engagement.
5. Manage and mentor junior software engineers within the squad to develop their skills.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale, complex web applications.
2. Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs in production environments.
3. Strong understanding of web pages and browsers, including content rendering and performance implications.

1. Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern high-level programming language such as Ruby or Python.
2. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Vue, or React.
3. Commitment to automated testing and quality assurance.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience working on large-scale, complex web applications is required.
