1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from profile alignment to hiring, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and managers.
2. Review and refine selection processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
3. Define and manage recruitment metrics, striving for efficiency and excellence.
4. Develop creative strategies for attracting diverse talent and affirmative action initiatives.
5. Focus on recruitment for new store openings, acting as a consultant to teams.
6. Build partnerships with various departments to ensure alignment with company culture and strategy.

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Solid experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in retail.
3. Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Autonomy to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus.
7. Advanced English is a plus.
