Sephora Senior Project Manager, Retail Facilities

- Oversee proactive and reactive maintenance requests for approximately 125-175 stores.
- Process daily store maintenance and fixture repair work orders through a CMMS platform, managing around 30,000 work orders annually.
- Respond to emergency situations on a 24/7 basis, including on-call rotation.
- Conduct regular onsite store visits in the NYC Metro area and adjacent regions.
- Build strong partnerships with Store Directors, District Managers, Regional Directors, and Loss Prevention teams.
- Schedule and manage preventive maintenance services such as janitorial, HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Manage the Store Preservation budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze monthly utilities and R&M cost reports for abnormalities.
- Conduct vendor KPI metrics and scorecard reviews to ensure high performance standards.
- Document and update Store Preservation procedures and processes.
- 5+ years in the facilities management field.
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in facilities management.
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in managing operational budgets and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Expertise in energy-efficient practices and sustainable facility operations.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CMMS platforms like ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Fexa, or Service Now.
A minimum of 5 years in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
