Sephora Senior Project Manager, Retail Facilities

1. Oversee proactive and reactive maintenance requests for approximately 125-175 stores.
2. Process daily store maintenance and fixture repair work orders through a CMMS platform, managing around 30,000 work orders annually.
3. Respond to emergency situations on a 24/7 basis, including on-call rotation.
4. Conduct regular onsite store visits in the NYC Metro area and adjacent regions.
5. Build strong partnerships with Store Directors, District Managers, Regional Directors, and Loss Prevention teams.
6. Schedule and manage preventive maintenance services such as janitorial, HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
7. Manage the Store Preservation budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
8. Analyze monthly utilities and R&M cost reports for abnormalities.
9. Conduct vendor KPI metrics and scorecard reviews to ensure high performance standards.
10. Document and update Store Preservation procedures and processes.

1. 5+ years in the facilities management field.
2. 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in facilities management.

1. Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proficiency in managing operational budgets and controlling costs.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
4. Expertise in energy-efficient practices and sustainable facility operations.
5. Strong communication skills for interacting with teams, vendors, and senior management.
6. Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
7. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
9. Experience with CMMS platforms like ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Fexa, or Service Now.

A minimum of 5 years in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
