1. Independently lead high-impact retail projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
2. Create and manage comprehensive project plans, trackers, and dashboards to monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery.
3. Facilitate project meetings, drive accountability, and lead solution-focused discussions to resolve issues.
4. Proactively identify risks and conflicts, offering mitigation strategies and making sound decisions under pressure.
5. Optimize processes, systems, and tools within the PMO to enhance efficiency and innovation.
6. Develop strong partnerships with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to support project success.

1. 3-5 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of complex projects.
2. Proven ability to connect strategic and operational elements to streamline execution.
3. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

1. Strong facilitation skills with executives and project teams.
2. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.

5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in high-impact and complex projects.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
