Sephora Senior Project Manager, Contingent Workforce

- Lead the development, implementation, and management of the contingent workforce program.
- Design policies, processes, and documentation to support supplier and contingent labor strategies.
- Oversee the offshore contingent workforce team to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop scalable policies and procedures for managing contingent labor.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Sourcing, and Business Stakeholders for alignment and compliance.
- Design and implement a vendor management process for supplier assessment and performance monitoring.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and suppliers to ensure accountability and compliance.
- Act as the subject matter expert and system administrator for Fieldglass.
- Train internal stakeholders on Fieldglass and contingent worker policies.
- Build project plans and timelines to ensure milestones are met for workforce program initiatives.
- Support the creation, negotiation, and updates of SOWs, MSAs, and similar contracts.
- Collaborate with Sourcing to identify strategies for cost efficiencies and talent pipeline improvements.
- Lead change management efforts related to contingent workforce initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or project management.
- Experience with Fieldglass or similar contingent workforce tools.
- Strong knowledge of workforce models, labor compliance, and policy documentation.
- Background in contract drafting, negotiation, and change management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in contingent workforce tools such as Fieldglass.
- Ability to manage offshore contractors.
- Expertise in vendor management and supplier performance assessment.
A minimum of 5 years in contingent workforce management and 3 years in strategic sourcing or project management.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $128,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
