Sephora Senior Product Owner

- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build, manage, and prioritize product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and data insights.
- Champion the needs of the Sephora Middle East customer and local business stakeholders.
- Lead product discovery initiatives to identify new opportunities.
- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including research, defining requirements, project management, and launch strategy.
- Oversee all stages of product lifecycle from product creation, including design and development.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful product launches.
- Gather and synthesize input from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Define OKRs and analyze product performance using KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a product evangelist, both internally and externally.
- Mentor and guide Product Owners or Associate Product Managers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across departments.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
- Define User Stories to ensure they align with budget constraints.
- Assemble and lead a cross-functional core team to manage delivery of the product definition and project plan.
- Manage all external vendors and their deliverables.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance customer experience.
- Define success metrics for new projects and track performance for existing products.
- Review current tools usage and evaluate new solutions for cost efficiency.
- Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions for business and technical challenges.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Experience in end-to-end customer journey, last mile, and omni-channel features.
- Experience in composable, microservices, and headless architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of waterfall, scrum, and agile software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in analytic tools and strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large teams and diverse individuals.
- Understanding of design quality standards.
- Effective people leadership and management skills.
10+ years of proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or in a similar role, with expertise in customer journey, last mile, and omni-channel features.
