Sephora Senior Product Manager

- Lead the development and management of the Loyalty Partnerships and Games product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Sephora's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to integrate and execute loyalty initiatives.
- Partner with third-party consultants, UX teams, and business partners to design and implement loyalty partnership programs.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate new capabilities, technology, and tools into the product roadmap.
- Oversee the technical execution of loyalty program features, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements and implement changes.
- 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in retail technology and loyalty programs.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI tools for optimizing product management processes.
- Strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear product vision to both business and technical partners.
- Proficiency in strategic roadmap management and technical execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A minimum of 8 years in product management or a related e-commerce field, with significant experience in managing retail technology and loyalty programs.
The annual base salary range for this position is $162,090.00 - $180,100.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
