1. Lead the development and management of the Loyalty Partnerships and Games product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Sephora's strategic goals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to integrate and execute loyalty initiatives.
3. Partner with third-party consultants, UX teams, and business partners to design and implement loyalty partnership programs.
4. Monitor industry trends and incorporate new capabilities, technology, and tools into the product roadmap.
5. Oversee the technical execution of loyalty program features, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
6. Identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements and implement changes.

1. 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in retail technology and loyalty programs.
2. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience using AI tools for optimizing product management processes.

1. Strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear product vision to both business and technical partners.
2. Proficiency in strategic roadmap management and technical execution.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

A minimum of 8 years in product management or a related e-commerce field, with significant experience in managing retail technology and loyalty programs.

The annual base salary range for this position is $162,090.00 - $180,100.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
