- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and refine strategies that enhance and optimize Client Services tools.
- Lead the development and management of the Client Services programs' product roadmap.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and synthesizing insights for product improvements.
- Provide clear requirements, support budget processes, and oversee the development of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of features and enhancements.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven product decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements and implement changes.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related ecommerce field.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
- 2+ years of experience with Customer Service Tools and Contact Management software.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage strategic roadmaps and align with business goals.
- Proficiency in gathering and synthesizing customer feedback.
- Experience in defining and analyzing key performance indicators.
Extensive experience in product management, particularly in retail technology programs, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $142,020.00 - $175,300.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
