Sephora Senior Product Manager

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and refine strategies that enhance Client Services tools, driving business goals.
- Lead the development and management of the Client Services programs' product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Interface with the Client Service team to gather feedback and synthesize insights for product improvements.
- Provide clear requirements and oversee the development of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for successful implementation of features and enhancements.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven product decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements and implement changes.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related e-commerce field.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience with Customer Service Tools and Contact Management software.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and roadmap management abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI monitoring.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Extensive experience in product management, particularly in retail technology programs, with a proven track record of leading successful cross-functional teams.
The annual base salary range for this position is $142,020.00 - $175,300.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
