1. Create, analyze, and monitor workflows and processes across finance, legal, IT, operations, and other departments.
2. Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks within departmental processes.
3. Propose and implement solutions to enhance processes.
4. Ensure alignment of processes with organizational objectives and standards.
5. Manage supplier relationships.
6. Design and implement technology-based programs to automate processes.
7. Facilitate interface and process flow creation between departments.
8. Control timelines and schedules for departmental projects.
9. Ensure operational excellence by defining standards and promoting continuous improvement.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English is required.
3. Previous experience as a Process or Project Analyst is essential.
4. Knowledge of Power BI is necessary.
5. Familiarity with agile planning and management methods.
6. Experience in process mapping and quality management (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
7. Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) or Scrum/Agile methodologies is preferred.

1. Ability to analyze KPIs, generate reports, and utilize BI tools, particularly Power BI.
2. Project management skills for process improvement initiatives.
3. Proficiency in automation tools.

Previous experience in process or project analysis is required.
