Sephora Senior Operations Manager

- Lead operational excellence across all UK Sephora stores, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high standards.
- Roll out and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including training, implementation, and adherence tracking.
- Support the implementation of Health & Safety best practices.
- Oversee the digitalisation of store tools and operational processes, delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Act as lead project owner for new store openings, from planning through to post-opening hyper-care.
- Coordinate across functions such as VM, Supply Chain, IT, Security, and HR to deliver best-in-class new store setups.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring service quality, onboarding new suppliers, and resolving issues.
- Manage operational budgets, including store supplies ordering and cost control.
- Lead the field implementation of new digital and omni-channel tools, such as Click & Collect and S1.
- Work closely with the Retail Director and Regional Managers to align and deliver on retail priorities.
- Manage and develop the Retail Operations Manager, setting clear goals and supporting capability growth.
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture that aligns with Sephora’s brand and retail values.
- Partner with internal departments to shape and align operational priorities.
- Proven track record in multi-site retail operations leadership.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of store systems, omni-channel retail, and digital retail tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and inspire teams.
- Strategic thinking balanced with strong executional discipline.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and creativity with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability and flexibility to travel frequently across the UK.
Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site retail operations leadership, with success in delivering complex store openings, tool rollouts, or business transformation projects.
