Sephora Senior Network Engineer

1. Collaborate with business and application owners on the design, troubleshooting, support, and documentation of new application deployments and enhancements.
2. Continuously improve the design and configuration of network technologies and processes.
3. Engineer and support network infrastructure for retail and corporate environments.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and best practices in network and application designs.
5. Manage and maintain comprehensive network and security documentation.
6. Provide technical expertise and support for business initiatives and projects.
7. Lead and manage internal IT initiatives and projects.
8. Configure and install network and security-related hardware and software.
9. Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
10. Deliver process and troubleshooting improvements through automation and GenAI.

1. 8+ years of overall network technology experience.
2. 3+ years of experience with networking and security technologies in a retail environment.
3. 4+ years of experience managing deployment of new endpoints or applications.
4. 3+ years of experience with Layer7 Firewalls (Fortinet, PAN).

1. Expertise in engineering and supporting Aruba products (Clearpass, Wireless, Switching).
2. Proficiency in SD-WAN technologies.
3. Experience with automation and GenAI.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve network issues.
5. Ability to translate technical details into business-relevant information for executives.
6. Experience with configuration and support of LAN (Cisco/Aruba), WAN/SD-WAN, and WLAN (Aruba) networks.
7. Proficiency in using data gathering tools such as Splunk and Solarwinds.

8+ years in network technology, with specific experience in retail environments and managing network deployments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,930.00 - $167,700.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
