1. Develop and scale media strategies for Sephora’s Brand Media and Multi-Brand Co-Op campaigns.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver media programs that align with business objectives.
3. Serve as a key representative to industry media partners, fostering strategic relationships.
4. Lead creative brainstorming sessions to support brand initiatives.
5. Partner with Analytics to quantify channel performance against KPIs.
6. Track industry innovations and evaluate new partners and technologies.
7. Manage media budgets and ensure compliance with financial protocols.
8. Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

1. 6 years of experience in Brand Media with omni-channel expertise.
2. Proven management experience with direct reports.

1. Creative and analytical thinking to drive media strategies.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Highly collaborative with cross-functional team experience.

6 years of relevant experience in Brand Media, including omni-channel, offline, and online media.

Annual base salary range: $151,810.00 - $163,000.00, with potential bonuses.
