1. Manage the setup, trafficking, optimization, and performance of paid media campaigns across platforms such as search, social, and affiliate channels.
2. Execute performance marketing activities to achieve key performance indicators like ROAS, revenue, and efficiency targets.
3. Analyze campaign and channel data to understand performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
4. Support daily and weekly performance tracking, ensuring timely visibility of trends and optimization opportunities.
5. Assist in implementing test-and-learn initiatives to improve performance outcomes.
6. Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and operational stakeholders to support campaign launches and business initiatives.
7. Collaborate with platform and vendor teams to adopt new features and ensure effective campaign setup.
8. Contribute to operational planning initiatives by providing performance inputs and campaign learnings.

1. Minimum 3 years of proven and hands-on performance marketing experience in e-commerce.
2. Deep technical knowledge of platforms like Google and Facebook; familiarity with Affiliates, TikTok, or martech tools is advantageous.
3. Experience in managing large-scale budgets and delivering impactful results.
4. Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery or JavaScript is a plus.
