Sephora Senior Media Executive

- Manage the setup, trafficking, optimization, and performance of paid media campaigns across platforms such as search, social, and affiliate channels.
- Execute performance marketing activities to achieve key performance indicators like ROAS, revenue, and efficiency targets.
- Analyze campaign and channel data to understand performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support daily and weekly performance tracking, ensuring timely visibility of trends and optimization opportunities.
- Assist in implementing test-and-learn initiatives to improve performance outcomes.
- Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and operational stakeholders to support campaign launches and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with platform and vendor teams to adopt new features and ensure effective campaign setup.
- Contribute to operational planning initiatives by providing performance inputs and campaign learnings.
- Minimum 3 years of proven and hands-on performance marketing experience in e-commerce.
- Deep technical knowledge of platforms like Google and Facebook; familiarity with Affiliates, TikTok, or martech tools is advantageous.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets and delivering impactful results.
- Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery or JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategic goals with execution.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in improving work processes.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Comfortable with numbers and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
Minimum 3 years of proven and hands-on performance marketing experience in e-commerce, with a track record of driving revenue and growth.
