Sephora Senior Media Executive

- Support the development of media strategies, channel recommendations, and detailed media plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure smooth delivery of campaign timelines and outputs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign coordination, including briefing and asset delivery to media and creative teams.
- Track and reconcile campaign costs, ensuring alignment with finance and billing processes.
- Deliver clear post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- 2–3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing in B2C verticals.
- Hands-on experience running or managing campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook), or TikTok.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategic goals with on-ground execution.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing within B2C verticals.
