1. Establish and execute marketing plans for Sephora brand partners to drive sales and client growth in the Makeup category.
2. Serve as the primary marketing contact for over 20 brands, managing relationships and advising on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
3. Optimize brand programs using Sephora's marketing channels, including consumer messaging, sampling strategy, social media, co-op advertising, and creative development.
4. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with brands to secure participation in Sephora marketing programs.
5. Analyze and report on ROI for co-op marketing programs and sampling investments, providing data-driven recommendations.
6. Procure and manage Beauty Insider sampling for brands, identifying new opportunities for co-op marketing programs.
7. Serve as the go-to marketing contact for Sephora category merchants and build cross-functional partnerships within the organization.
8. Mentor and role-model for junior team members and cross-functional partners, demonstrating Sephora's core values.

1. 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within a consumer-facing business, digital content publisher, or digital agency.
2. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate obstacles and generate solutions.
3. Strong presentation skills and confidence in presenting to leadership.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
6. Creative self-starter with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
7. Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within a cross-functional team.

The annual base salary range is $151,000.00 - $169,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
