Sephora Senior Marketing Manager

- Establish and execute marketing plans for Sephora brand partners to drive sales and client growth in the Makeup category.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for over 20 brands, managing relationships and advising on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Optimize brand programs using Sephora's marketing channels, including consumer messaging, sampling strategy, social media, co-op advertising, and creative development.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with brands to secure participation in Sephora marketing programs.
- Analyze and report on ROI for co-op marketing programs and sampling investments, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Procure and manage Beauty Insider sampling for brands, identifying new opportunities for co-op marketing programs.
- Serve as the go-to marketing contact for Sephora category merchants and build cross-functional partnerships within the organization.
- Mentor and role-model for junior team members and cross-functional partners, demonstrating Sephora's core values.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within a consumer-facing business, digital content publisher, or digital agency.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate obstacles and generate solutions.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in presenting to leadership.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative self-starter with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within a cross-functional team.

A minimum of 8 years in brand management or marketing roles within consumer-facing industries or digital agencies.
The annual base salary range is $151,000.00 - $169,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
