- Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing plan for the positioning of five brands and product launches.
- Lead and collaborate with agencies on launch events for new brands and collections, as well as ongoing brand support.
- Organize and manage Sephora's institutional sponsorship events.
- Oversee PR initiatives and strategic influencer plans, including pocket events, influencer mailings, paid media, press strategies, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Create, execute, and monitor the results of in-store events, including activations, major events, and masterclasses.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Drive online visibility through Sephora Brazil's channels, including weekly trade banners, takeovers, paid media plans, social media calendars, and CRM initiatives.
- Plan brand gift inventories and manage product archives and inventories.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
