1. Evaluate marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models.
2. Collaborate on marketing effectiveness activities, including data delivery, analytics processes, and insight delivery.
3. Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and design analytical solutions.
4. Consult stakeholders to validate and update a marketing effectiveness roadmap.
5. Support the Senior Director on executive engagement materials and critical business needs.

1. 1-5 years of analytics experience.
2. Experience with Marketing Mix Models or other time series models.
3. Paid Media marketing or analytics experience preferred.
4. Experience with R and SQL.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Great attention to detail.
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
4. Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
5. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to accept feedback.

1-5 years of analytics experience, particularly in Marketing Mix Models or time series models.

The annual base salary range for this position is $123,930.00 - $138,510.00, with potential bonuses.
