1. Define, develop, and implement a proactive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify talent trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
4. Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles within the Field Support Center, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
6. Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs.
7. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
8. Implement rigorous assessment and selection processes to identify high-potential candidates.
9. Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to develop a compelling employer branding strategy.
10. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process.
11. Oversee the collection and analysis of recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights.
12. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
13. Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to ensure alignment with company standards.
14. Design and deliver recruitment training to equip hiring managers with necessary skills.

1. 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within a large, complex organization.
2. Strong leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
3. Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
4. Deep understanding of the competitive talent landscape and industry trends.
5. Strong project management skills and experience with recruitment technologies.
6. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
7. French language proficiency is an asset.
