- Define, develop, and implement a proactive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify talent trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
- Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles within the Field Support Center, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Implement rigorous assessment and selection processes to identify high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to develop a compelling employer branding strategy.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Design and deliver recruitment training to equip hiring managers with necessary skills.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within a large, complex organization.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
- Deep understanding of the competitive talent landscape and industry trends.
- Strong project management skills and experience with recruitment technologies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- French language proficiency is an asset.
