1. Lead the development and continuous refinement of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations, including design, customer experience, sales processes, and inventory management.
2. Ensure alignment between corporate standards and store-level execution to maintain operational consistency and excellence.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontline feedback into SOPs and align them with training and performance metrics.
4. Design and implement a structured store audit program to ensure compliance with SOPs and document findings for corrective actions.
5. Oversee the creation of engaging SOP training materials and support certification programs for store teams.
6. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SOP compliance and leverage data to propose performance enhancements.
7. Champion a culture of SOP discipline and ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in retail operations, process standardization, or SOP management within a multi-unit retail or consumer brand environment.
3. Proven track record in building and scaling SOP frameworks from concept to enterprise-wide rollout.
4. Strong analytical, project management, and influencing skills.
5. Deep understanding of end-to-end store operations, including design, staffing, service delivery, and compliance.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
