Sephora Senior Manager, Social & PR

- Develop and execute Sephora’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and competitive positioning across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Oversee social media platform strategies, managing both earned and owned programs.
- Cultivate and optimize relationships with influencers and create event strategies to bolster brand health.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive online representation of strategy and messaging.
- Analyze trends and design new campaigns with a focus on ROI and desired outcomes.
- Prioritize Only@Sephora brands to drive differentiation in social strategies.
- Lead and manage the social and PR team to achieve key performance indicators.
- Foster agency relations and manage micro-influencer programs.
- Advise senior marketing leaders on strategic and tactical levels.
- Build cross-functional partnerships within a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven success in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Experience with social media analytics and budget management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field with demonstrated success in strategy development and implementation.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
