1. Supervise and mentor Senior/Production Designers and Senior Proofer, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
2. Assign projects, balance workloads, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple production streams.
3. Lead production design deliverables across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
4. Ensure work supports business needs and identify challenges impacting team deliverables, leading cross-functional solutions.

1. 8+ years of professional production design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
2. 6+ years in a senior or lead role in production design with advanced experience in both digital and print assets.
3. 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 5+ people in Senior/Production Design/Creative roles.
4. 4+ years of advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of print and digital production standards.

1. Team leadership and management skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Ziflow, and Microsoft Suite.
4. Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic oversight capabilities.

8+ years of professional production design experience with 6+ years in a senior or lead role and 3+ years of people management experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $151,810.00 - $169,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
