1. Educate store leadership on effective scheduling practices and optimize staffing processes using tools like Dayforce.
2. Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee satisfaction.
3. Lead crisis management protocols, ensuring safety and emergency readiness in stores.
4. Act as a key partner for cross-functional projects, aligning decisions with business strategy and driving positive change.

11. Monitor and analyze KPIs, optimizing scheduling programs and ensuring clarity for role grids and descriptions.
12. Oversee multiple projects from planning to execution, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
13. Travel to Sephora stores as needed to support on-site processes and drive project success.

1. 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with a proven ability to implement successful scheduling programs.
