Sephora Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative Technology

- Drive the roadmap for marketing workflow tools, collaborating with Sephora Tech and external vendors to gather and prioritize requirements, define KPIs, and implement solutions.
- Lead cross-functional implementation plans, including change management timelines, UAT/QA, documentation, training, and support.
- Develop and own best practices for large-scale MarTech projects, including dashboards and reporting for leadership.
- Continuously explore new tools and technologies to optimize automation and efficiencies.
- Manage user provisioning models, licensing needs, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- 5-10 years of experience managing and implementing roadmap initiatives across various disciplines.
- 3 years of experience in supporting technical workflow development and change management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with technology tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and technical project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse groups and personalities.
- Solution-oriented with critical thinking skills.
5-10 years of experience in managing and implementing roadmap initiatives, including process improvements and technology projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $127,500.00 - $169,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
