Sephora Senior Manager, Internal Audit & Controls

- Develop and implement internal control procedures in compliance with LVMH policies.
- Lead internal audits from planning to report issuance and closure of findings.
- Collaborate with the North America Internal Audit and Control team on risk initiatives.
- Manage the annual Store Audit Program, including planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance and segregation of duties through system walkthroughs and training.
- Advise on risks and controls for new projects and initiatives.
- Partner with IT to strengthen IT controls and ensure inclusion in key projects.
- Maintain and update key procedures and policies according to business needs.
- Identify and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Prepare for and assist with LVMH internal and external audits.
- Maintain crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector regulations and standards.
- Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive, innovative, and analytical mindset.
- Expertise with Excel and financial systems, preferably SAP Business Objects.
5-7 years of professional experience in internal and/or external audit, finance, or controlling, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
