Sephora Senior Manager, Internal Audit & Controls

1. Develop and implement internal control procedures in compliance with LVMH policies.
2. Lead internal audits from planning to report issuance and closure of findings.
3. Collaborate with the North America Internal Audit and Control team on risk initiatives.
4. Manage the annual Store Audit Program, including planning and reporting.
5. Ensure compliance and segregation of duties through system walkthroughs and training.
6. Advise on risks and controls for new projects and initiatives.
7. Partner with IT to strengthen IT controls and ensure inclusion in key projects.
8. Maintain and update key procedures and policies according to business needs.
9. Identify and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
10. Prepare for and assist with LVMH internal and external audits.
11. Maintain crisis management and business continuity plans.
12. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector regulations and standards.

1. Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
2. Professional qualifications such as CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.

1. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
4. Proactive, innovative, and analytical mindset.
5. Expertise with Excel and financial systems, preferably SAP Business Objects.

5-7 years of professional experience in internal and/or external audit, finance, or controlling, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods industry.

Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
