Senior Manager, Gift Cards

1. Develop and drive opportunities to grow the third-party gift card business in North America.
2. Create marketing strategies that drive the best ROI and sales in North America.
3. Manage all aspects of gift card inventory and production for third-party in North America.
4. Own invoice management and partner with finance, accounting, IT, and vendor partners to ensure accuracy in reporting and invoices.
5. Maintain successful relationships across all third parties (BHN/Cashstar/Incomm/Fiserv).
6. Identify innovation and channel opportunities for gift card growth (e.g., third-party retailers, B2B).
7. Perform regular and ad hoc business analyses to understand trends across multiple channels and share reporting with Opcom.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in gift card management or a similar role.
3. Proven experience in managing third-party relationships and partnerships.

3. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in gift card management or a similar role.

The annual base salary range for this position is $124,100.00 - $165,110.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
