- Develop and drive opportunities to grow the third-party gift card business in North America.
- Create marketing strategies that drive the best ROI and sales in North America.
- Manage all aspects of gift card inventory and production for third-party in North America.
- Own invoice management and partner with finance, accounting, IT, and vendor partners to ensure accuracy in reporting and invoices.
- Maintain successful relationships across all third parties (BHN/Cashstar/Incomm/Fiserv).
- Identify innovation and channel opportunities for gift card growth (e.g., third-party retailers, B2B).
- Perform regular and ad hoc business analyses to understand trends across multiple channels and share reporting with Opcom.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gift card management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing third-party relationships and partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform and interpret business analyses.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in gift card management or a similar role.
The annual base salary range for this position is $124,100.00 - $165,110.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
