1. Develop and implement strategies to expand the third-party gift card business in North America.
2. Create and execute marketing strategies to maximize ROI and drive sales.
3. Manage all aspects of gift card inventory and production for third-party partners in North America.
4. Oversee invoice management, ensuring accuracy in reporting and collaboration with finance, accounting, IT, and vendor partners.
5. Maintain and nurture successful relationships with third-party partners such as BHN, Cashstar, Incomm, and Fiserv.
6. Identify and capitalize on innovation and channel opportunities for gift card growth, including third-party retailers and B2B channels.
7. Conduct regular and ad hoc business analyses to understand trends across multiple channels and share insights with the operations committee.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in gift card management or a similar role.
3. Proven experience in managing third-party relationships and partnerships.

3. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

A minimum of 5 years in gift card management or a similar role, with proven experience in managing third-party relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $124,100.00 - $165,110.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
