1. Oversee the development and execution of a diverse range of events, including virtual and in-person experiences, from ideation to completion.
2. Lead strategic and creative brainstorming sessions, translating ideas into comprehensive activation plans.
3. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of venues and services.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, addressing production-related issues and managing expectations.
5. Directly manage event components such as staff management, reporting, and post-event activities.
6. Conduct site inspections and vendor walk-throughs, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously planned.
7. Develop and review project timelines, run of shows, and production documents.
8. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of event professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

1. Over 10 years of experience in event production and management, servicing large brands or studios.
2. Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, including managing substantial budgets.
3. Extensive network in fabrication, promotion, design, virtual platforms, production, and staffing.

1. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and related tools.
3. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Over 10 years in event production and management, with a focus on large-scale events and virtual experiences.

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $143,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
