- Oversee a team managing events of various scales, including virtual events, trade shows, conferences, and internal team activities.
- Develop creative concepts and communicate effectively with teams and clients.
- Supervise event operations, manage contracts, direct staff, and oversee technical aspects.
- Procure venues within budget and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Lead strategy and creative brainstorming, translating ideas into detailed activation plans.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and lead bidding while safeguarding project budgets.
- Sustain client relationships and manage client needs and expectations.
- Conduct site inspections and manage event components including staff and reporting.
- Develop and review budgets, track costs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of event professionals.
- Over 10 years of experience in event production/management for large brands or studios.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 30%.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, and related tools.
- Strong technical production skills and/or knowledge.
Extensive experience managing different types of events, including festivals, brand activations, conferences, in-office events, virtual events, trade shows, and influencer events. Agency background is preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $143,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
