Sephora Senior Manager, Events

1. Oversee a team managing events of various scales, including virtual events, trade shows, conferences, and internal team activities.
2. Develop creative concepts and communicate effectively with teams and clients.
3. Supervise event operations, manage contracts, direct staff, and oversee technical aspects.
4. Procure venues within budget and ensure timely delivery of projects.
5. Lead strategy and creative brainstorming, translating ideas into detailed activation plans.
6. Negotiate contracts, fees, and lead bidding while safeguarding project budgets.
7. Sustain client relationships and manage client needs and expectations.
8. Conduct site inspections and manage event components including staff and reporting.
9. Develop and review budgets, track costs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of event professionals.

1. Over 10 years of experience in event production/management for large brands or studios.
2. Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
3. Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 30%.

1. Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, and related tools.
3. Strong technical production skills and/or knowledge.

Extensive experience managing different types of events, including festivals, brand activations, conferences, in-office events, virtual events, trade shows, and influencer events. Agency background is preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $143,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
