1. Lead the Regional Center of Expertise for Architecture, forming a community of seasoned Domain Architects.
2. Align with global Enterprise Architecture teams to realize synergies and maintain the Technology Blueprint.
3. Create and maintain a multi-year roadmap to achieve the Enterprise Architecture vision.
4. Develop communities of practice on strategic architectural and technology topics.
5. Define and lead the Architecture Board Process.
6. Contribute to the overall IT strategy and architecture vision.
7. Maintain the Technology Radar and oversee technology selection processes.
8. Instill modern product and software development practices across regional squads.
9. Collaborate with the CISO to integrate security strategy into architecture designs.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail omnichannel architecture and development.
2. Strong business acumen.
3. Certifications in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or Archimate.
4. Proven experience working with global teams.
5. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong leadership and management capabilities.
3. Proficiency in data-driven and outcome-driven decision-making.
4. Expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies.

At least 10 years of proven experience in retail omnichannel architecture and development, including store systems, e-Commerce, POS, OMS, CRM, ERP, BPM, Data, and BI.
