Sephora Senior Manager, Digital Commerce Analytics

- Lead the end-to-end performance framework for the regional e-commerce business, focusing on GMV, traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat metrics.
- Synthesize market and channel trends into actionable insights for Onsite Experience and Campaign/Omni Centers of Excellence.
- Present monthly and quarterly insights to regional leadership, highlighting growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Build forecasting models for sales, traffic, and campaign sufficiency, partnering with finance and commercial teams for scenario planning.
- Lead regional conversion funnel analysis and collaborate with Onsite and UX/UI teams to implement improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of homepage, landing page, and content placements, providing actionable recommendations.
- Build and refine dashboards and analyses on brand, category, and assortment performance.
- Evaluate the ROI of key campaigns and develop standardized measurement frameworks.
- Develop advanced customer segmentation and CLV models to drive repeat and reactivation.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Domo for real-time performance visibility.
- Manage and mentor junior analysts, building technical and strategic capabilities.
- Influence senior cross-functional stakeholders by translating analytics into clear business narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- 8-10 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce performance management, or data-driven strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred), data visualization (Domo/Power BI), and digital analytics platforms (GA4/Firebase).
- Experience leading analytics initiatives that directly impacted e-commerce growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to link data insights to business strategy and outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership exposure.
- Hands-on team leadership experience preferred.
- Advanced SQL and data visualization skills.
