- Design, implement, and optimize business processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Identify payroll efficiencies in collaboration with the Retail Labour Planning & Analytics team.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, acting as the store expert and thought leader.
- Manage daily operations, including strategy, partner management, training, store communication, and delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve business strategies and goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and streamline processes to find cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze P&L to develop strategies for expense management and profit enhancement.
- Develop and implement new retail-facing projects and programs.
- 4+ years of senior management experience in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
- Strong people leadership expertise.
- Strong business acumen and technical expertise in retail operations.
- Ability to gather and interpret data to make business recommendations.
- Expertise in adapting communication style to various audiences.
- Ability to deliver impactful feedback.
- Proficiency in prioritizing and executing tasks with precision.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
4+ years of senior management experience in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
