Sephora Senior Manager, Brand Training

- Lead the brand and product training team to design training solutions aligned with Sephora's DNA, enhancing Beauty Advisors' expertise in product knowledge and service skills.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training system and annual master plan to support Sephora China's business strategies.
- Identify training needs based on business development and design effective training curricula for store colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and customize training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and of high quality.
- Deliver training programs to equip Beauty Advisors and Education/Sales teams with necessary skills to drive retail sales productivity.
- Conduct 'Train the Trainer' programs to develop internal and area trainers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events like Sephora Day and Master Events.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities, conducting regular store visits to audit operations and service levels.
- Foster a high-performing team through effective communication, best practices sharing, and budget management.
