1. Manage the purchasing process and tools for branded collateral in capital projects within Merchandising.
2. Coordinate extensively with brands, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
3. Oversee the creation of Purchase Orders, invoice reconciliation, and adherence to payment terms using Coupa.
4. Track projects and provide financial forecasts and close-out documentation to Finance.
5. Attend budget planning meetings and ensure budget adherence.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for capital project planning needs.
7. Manage issue resolution for collateral punch list items.
8. On-board new brands and cross-functional teams to Sephora's policies and standards.
9. Influence vendor assignments based on brand needs and supplier capabilities.
10. Identify opportunities for improving brand and vendor relationships through the Vendor Scorecard program.
11. Support VP in executing cross-functional strategies and initiatives.

1. Minimum of 6+ years in purchasing experience.
2. 3+ years of experience with SAP and Coupa.
3. Proven project management skills.
4. Experience in managing and developing direct reports.
5. High-level problem-solving and analytical skills.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally.

A minimum of six years in purchasing, with at least three years of experience using SAP and Coupa.

The annual base salary range is $147,730.00 - $165,110.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
