Sephora Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

- Lead as the primary marketing contact for approximately 23 brands, managing relationships and understanding brand priorities and products.
- Advise senior marketing leaders in partner brands on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Optimize brand programs using Sephora’s marketing levers, including consumer messaging, sampling strategy, social media, and co-op advertising.
- Develop and manage collaborative marketing programs and analyze ROI for Sephora and brand partnerships.
- Serve as the go-to marketing contact for Sephora category merchants and build cross-functional partnerships.
- Mentor junior team members and cross-functional partners, demonstrating Sephora’s core values.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within a consumer-facing business, digital content publisher, or digital agency.
- Proven ability to lead and build relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate alternative solutions quickly.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

A minimum of 8 years in brand management or marketing, with a focus on consumer-facing businesses or digital environments.
The annual base salary range for this position is $151,810.00 - $169,670.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
