1. Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Loyalty, Retail Production, and Corporate Communications to create a comprehensive 360-degree client experience.
2. Guide the team in conceptualizing and developing creative solutions that align with project briefs.
3. Communicate creative ideas and strategies effectively to all stakeholders.
4. Integrate with partner agencies and manage collaborations with external vendors.
5. Oversee the execution process to ensure creative excellence.
6. Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards across all creative disciplines.
7. Direct and inspire the team through mentorship and feedback.
8. Oversee photoshoots and provide high-level art direction.

1. 8+ years of design/art direction experience in an agency environment.
2. Minimum of 4 years of people leadership experience.

1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging digital platforms and AI technologies.
2. Strong brand strategy execution experience.
3. Exceptional communication skills for verbal, written, and presentation formats.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.

8+ years in design/art direction with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design preferred.
