1. Lead the development and execution of alternate payment strategies in the US and Canada.
2. Manage partnerships with payment providers such as Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, and WeChat.
3. Oversee the planning and implementation of alternate payment projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
4. Monitor performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making for improvements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, IT, and Legal to drive growth and innovation.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
7. Stay informed about industry trends to continually enhance performance.

1. 5-7 years of experience in retail or marketing, with team management experience.

3. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

The annual base salary range for this position is $151,810.00 - $169,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
