1. Implement physical security measures such as surveillance cameras, alarms, access control, and personal security to safeguard assets and prevent theft.
2. Conduct rigorous inventory monitoring to identify discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock levels, thereby preventing internal and external theft and reducing operational errors.
