1. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers responsible for warehousing.
2. Coordinate and communicate business requirements and standards to third-party logistics providers, ensuring successful execution.
3. Monitor daily performance metrics related to logistics operations.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, overseeing operations such as shipment pick-up and tracking.
5. Review service levels and conduct financial controlling and contract management, including quarterly performance reviews.
6. Ensure compliance with import regulations, acting as the liaison between government offices and Sephora Thailand.

1. 3+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
2. Proficiency in Thai and English, both spoken and written.

1. Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, negotiation, and conflict management.
2. Hands-on approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of three years in logistics, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector, with a focus on eCommerce operations.
